The three course set menu highlights new modern Asian dishes, opening with vibrant starters such as Prawn Tempura Maki, delivering crisp texture and delicate balance, or a refreshing Kale and Mango Salad, bright, light, and full of contrast. From there, the experience deepens with heartier dishes made for slow Sundays: tender Grilled Octopus, rich Creamy Veal Bacon Noodles, and a delectable Grilled Sea Bream with fragrant laksa, layered with warmth and gentle spice. To finish, enjoy a dessert that keeps things light yet indulgent. The guilt-free Mango Basil Tart offers a fresh, aromatic close, one of our MICHELIN-recognised creations.
