From 21–27 September, CÉ LA VI Dubai joins Negroni Week in celebrating the enduring allure of the Negroni, a timeless Italian classic built around the unmistakable bitterness of Campari.

This year, CÉ LA VI presents Port Negroni, a rich and elegant interpretation of the classic Negroni. Gin and Campari are complemented by a house-made red wine–sherry port, infused with spice, sugar and vinaigrette, creating a beautifully layered cocktail with notes of dark fruit and a subtle touch of acidity.
